Step one. Create a Profile

The first step is to register with Gateway Jobs and create a profile. Share your resume, some photos and write a short biography. This is the first thing people see when they look sat your profile so show that you are passionate and fully engaged in your work.

Step two. Language and Personality Assessment

The next step of the process is to complete an English Language and Communication Test. Answer the multiple choice questions and create a short video. Then take our DISC personality test to see what type of behaviours you favour in different situations.

Step three. Technical Review

We also test each applicant's technical knowledge and problem-solving ability through a multiple choice test. Every member of the Gateway network is an expert in their domain, and we typically only advance candidates with exceptional results in this phase.

Then, sit back and let us match you with eager employers looking for candidates like you.

Once you have fully completed your profile we represent and match you to our clients in order to give them the best overview of you and your skills. Each section in your profile is designed to promote you and give you the best chance of getting hired.
